Oatmeal is an excellent choice due to the presence of fibre. The oats do not contain added sugar (it contains natural sugars present), but thanks to sweeteners that do not raise blood sugar, it still achieves the ultimate sweet taste.
Easy to use, you add:
-Two tablespoons of oat flour
-2 DCL water/milk
Mix the oat flour well with water or milk of your choice to create a mass without lumps. You can cook it on low heat with constant stirring until it thickens to your liking. For quicker solutions, you can also put it in the microwave for one minute, take it out, stir and microwave it again for one minute. That's it :)
