Payments

Swy brand accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple pay
  • Google Play
  • Cash on delivery (only certain countries)

The purchase reimbursement will be returned within 14 working days from the day the request or cancellation of the order is being processed.

Delivery

You can expect your package within 2-5 business days, and in case of a larger volume of orders, your package will be delivered within 10 business days.

You have 14 days to pick up your order.

After your order is fulfilled, you will receive a fulfilment confirmation email with the tracking number.

Returns

If you wish to return an item or items, please follow these steps:

  • Prepare the Product(s) for Return:
    Ensure that the product(s) are in original condition, unwashed, unworn including packaging, tags.

  • Complete the Return Form:
    Download and complete the return form provided at the following link: Return Form. Make sure to fill in all required fields accurately.

  • Pack and Ship Your Return:
    Place the product(s) and the completed return form in a secure package. Ship the package to the address provided on the return form, using a carrier of your choice. We recommend selecting a service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

  • Cover Return Shipping Costs:
    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a company error or defect.

Important:
Your return cannot be processed without the completed return form. Be sure to include it in the package.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the package.

Of course, exchanges are possible for the same item in a different color or size if availible.

Please indicate this on the return form and specify what you would like in exchange.

An exchange for a completely different item is not possible.

You can expect your exchange within 2-5 working days after we receive your return at
our address.

The exchange will be processed at the same price at which the item
was purchased.

Not all items in our shop are returnable.

The exceptions are:

  • Food and Supplements
  • Underwear
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale products

You can return the product(s) to us using a courier of your choice.

However, if you prefer a hassle-free return, you can contact our customer service at info@swybrand.com to arrange for the pickup of the product(s) at a fixed cost of €4.99.

The amount of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund in the case of a return or charged upon delivery of the new product in the case of an exchange.

Gift cards

We have a special section for gift cards on our website.

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and should be compatible with other discount codes. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at info@swybrand.com.

When purchasing a gift card, you can also choose its format (digital/physical).

If you select the physical format, an additional fee of 5 EUR must be paid.
